Exceptions are individual visits to libraries and study rooms, individual consultations, testing in the presence of up to 10 people, laboratory, experimental or artistic work in the presence of up to 15 people, and clinical and practical teaching and practice.
The Regional Hygiene Station justified the issuance of an emergency measure by trying to slow down “the uncontrolled spread of COVID-19 across the population, in order to protect especially at-risk groups of the population.” The measure is valid from Tuesday midnight.
