The GastroTour project meeting will take place in South Moravia (Lednice, Brno, Křtiny) as an international educational event focused on gastronomic tourism. The goal is to support improvements in the quality of teaching through modern approaches, practical tools, and the integration of education with real-world practice. The program includes professional workshops, discussions with experts, and study excursions focusing on gastronomy, viticulture, and sustainable tourism. It will also involve working with Learning Packages and the GastroTour Learning Platform. The event will also contribute to strengthening international cooperation and preparing for the pilot testing of the project’s educational activities.
