The Summer School will be held from the 8th to the 19th July 2019 at Faculty of Horticulture in Lednice. You can look forward to following topics to be discussed: Horticulture Production in the Czech Republic, Postharvest Technology of Horticultural Products, Botanical gardens and management, Sensorial Testing of Horticultural Products (from herbs, fruits and vegetable) and Introduction to probiotics and probiotic supplements, fermentation a vehicle to deliver. The cooperating institutions are: MENDELU, Faculty of Horticulture Lednice (Czech Republic), Louisiana State University Agricultural Center and LSU College of Agriculture (USA) and Kasetsart University, Faculty of Agro-Industry, Bangkok (Thailand). All participants of the entire summer school will receive official MENDELU certificate with description of the total workload and ECTS credits. The application deadline is on June 1st 2019.
