The 11th International Scientific Conference “Region in the Development of Society: crisis, conflict, uncertainty” will be devoted to selected aspects of regional development in the context of current developments and contemporary social challenges. Thus, the conference will focus, among others, on the trends in the development of the Covid-19 pandemic and the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, which are phenomena that affect the security, socio-economic, regional and demographic aspects of regional development and international relations. With a multidisciplinary overlap, the conference will not only describe contemporary crises, conflicts and uncertainties, but also provide a deeper analysis of them and possible solutions.
