Can international mobility help the climate?

Join the GRAB Autumn School 2026 and spend 23 October – 5 November 2026 in Brno, Czech Republic, exploring how agroecology, agroforestry, biodiversity conservation, environmental ethics, and low-impact tourism can shape a more sustainable future. During two exciting weeks, you’ll combine fieldwork, laboratory activities, excursions, teamwork, and international networking with students from Europe and Latin America.

Programme

Highlights:

• 3 days of Agroforestry in Practice
• Soil & water quality laboratory analyses
• Moravian Karst field excursions
• International student collaboration
• Real solutions for climate action and carbon footprint compensation

Upon completion of the autumn course, you will receive a Certificate of participation.

Registration fee

• MENDELU students: 150 EUR
• Non-MENDELU students: 250 EUR

The fee includes transport during programme activities, catering, study materials, laboratory work, and excursions.

Want to gain experience in international project management?

Students interested in joining the Autumn School Coordination Team may apply for a fee reimbursement and/or scholarship. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in event management, communication, logistics, and international cooperation.
