MENDELU has teamed up with the South Moravian Innovation Center (JIC) to co-host another event in the Velvet Innovation Meetup series—informal gatherings for everyone involved in innovation in Brno and the surrounding area. The event will take place on June 18, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., and will provide a space for presenting inspiring projects, networking, and the opportunity to establish cross-disciplinary collaborations.

Another in a series of regular meetings of representatives from the innovation ecosystem, organized in collaboration with JIC (South Moravian Innovation Center), will take place this time at BZA—the Botanical Garden and Arboretum of Mendel University in Brno. During each meetup, approximately 10 innovative projects from the private, public, or academic sectors will be briefly presented, followed by ample time for networking, during which, among other things, investors will meet with representatives of selected projects.

In case of inclement weather, the event will take place in Building X.
