SPACE NET MENDELU connects academics and students who want to push the boundaries of space research. It focuses on current and future applications of space technologies and how to intelligently integrate them into teaching and research practice.

The aim of the meeting is to present current activities of Mendel University in Brno in the field of space research and space applications, to share experiences across disciplines, to open up space for new collaborations, and to create conditions for the emergence of projects in research and applied research.

The event is primarily intended for research and academic staff and Ph.D. students at MENDELU, but anyone interested in space research is welcome to attend.

SPACE DAY MENDELU

SPACE DAY MENDELU is intended for students and academics from all fields across Mendel University in Brno, but anyone enthusiastic about space activities is welcome. SPACE DAY MENDELU will present the current state of space activity development at Mendel University in Brno, including MENDELU’s current membership in associations and consortia operating in this field. The event will offer basic information and motivation for the wider use of space applications, experiments, and other forms of cooperation across the university.

The program will also include a presentation of opportunities for inter-faculty cooperation, cooperation with research institutions, and the private sector.

An important aim of the event is also to promote mutual understanding, networking, and the creation of functional forms of cooperation across disciplines, faculties, students, and MENDELU employees.
SPACE DAY MENDELU is part of the Master’s Program Festival for prospective students, who can take advantage of involvement and cooperation in MENDELU’s space activities.
