The Rector of Mendel University in Brno would like to invite you to a public lecture by the 2020 Nobel Prize winner in Chemistry for the development of a method for genome editing. The lecture entitled “A Research Journey towards the CRISPR-Cas Genome Engineering Technology” will be given in English. The evening will be moderated by Daniel Stach, editor of Czech Television.

Prof. Emmanuelle Charpentier, Ph.D. will be awarded the honorary degree of Doctor honoris causa of Mendel University on 13 September.
