Fans of tropical plants can look forward to an orchid exhibition, which will take place in the greenhouses of the Botanical Garden and Arboretum MENDELU. It will offer a tour of the exhibition hall of greenhouses with tropical butterflies, the sale of orchids, carnivorous plants, and succulents, and refreshments.

The main entrance to the Botanical Garden is located at Generála Píky 1 (tram stops 7 and 9).

Barrier-free access to the building and toilets is possible by prior arrangement on +420 545 223 606 or at info.zahrada@mendelu.cz. Please note for mothers with prams and wheelchair users – the path to the garden is not completely barrier-free, but the garden itself is.

Admission is free for employees and students of Mendel University in Brno with a university ID card.

Succulent seller Jaroslav Hons and orchid and exotic plant sellers TERRA KORUNA will also be present.

Refreshments will be provided by the Chajovna tea room.
