The Botanical Garden and Arboretum of Mendel University warmly invite you to the anniversary exhibition THE BEAUTY OF IRISES, held this year to mark 50 years since its first edition. The exhibition IRIS 1975–2025 will take place from May 16 to May 25, 2025, daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

The program will include a themed indoor exhibition inspired by the work of Ivar Otruba and his collaborators Miroslav Štolfa, Josef Kadula, and Pavel Kostrhun. You can also look forward to a garden tour, a children’s corner, and an intergenerational creative workshop “The Iris in Art”, which will take place on Saturday, May 24 at 2:00 PM (reservation required at edukace@dum-umeni.cz).
