European Sustainable Development Week (ESDW) is a pan-European initiative to promote the idea of sustainable development. It is a festival during which a variety of events take place, such as conferences, exhibitions, workshops, seminars, film screenings, community meetings, open days and many other activities. The aim of the events is to show that we care about the future of the world we live in. European Sustainable Development Week takes place every year from 20 to 26 September. However, the events included in ESDW already run from 18 September to 8 October 2025.

26 September – Researchers’ Night
27 September – MENDELU Run
