Mendel University in Brno is proud to support the Emil Open – the Summer European Youth Games for the Disabled, which are being held for the 14th time this year.

As part of the games, athletes from across Europe will compete in a total of 7 sports – one of which is boccia, organized by Paralympian and MENDELU graduate Radek Procházka.

We would like to invite both students and staff of the university to join the volunteer team. Volunteer activities will take place from Wednesday, June 25 to Saturday, June 28, 2025.

There are many ways to get involved:

· helping with the organization and coordination of competitions,
· supporting activities at the sports venues,
· distributing lunches,
· or other one-off tasks during the event itself.
